The historical feel of the property was impressive, with interesting mementos and restored features. the location was great, with lots to explore in the surrounding area. the ability to bring our dog along was a big plus.
The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the lack of modern amenities was disappointing, with outdated televisions and limited Wi-Fi access.

Nestled in a charming countryside location, we enjoyed a luxurious stay at this hotel. the private facilities were a highlight of our room, including a Jacuzzi and a fireplace that added to the overall relaxing and romantic ambiance. the talented staff provided exceptional service, including recommendations for local scenic walks and arranging a private chef experience in the lush garden area.
One minor issue was the limited parking space, which could be inconvenient for those with larger vehicles. the location advantages of being close to a train station and a short drive to local attractions and restaurants made up for this.
